Paring Knife
This paring knife hand forged out of 1084 high carbon steel. It has a 3 3/4” cutting edge and is 7 3/4 in total length. The handle is Vintage Chocolate Micarta with Black G10 pins.

Using a wooden or plastic cutting board is best practice to maintain a good cutting edge. Glass, ceramic and granite cutting surfaces are bad for the cutting edge for any custom knife.
