Paring Knife
This paring is made out of AEBL stainless steel with a cryo treatment. It has a 3 1/4” cutting edge and is 7 1/2 in total length. The handle is Black Ash Burl with Black G10 pins.

Using a wooden or plastic cutting board is best practice to maintain a good cutting edge. Glass, ceramic and granite cutting surfaces are bad for the cutting edge for any custom knife.
